Apropos of nothing, here's a video of GWB giving the camera the finger back when he was governor of Texas.
It doesn't make him a bad guy. Harmless fun. But his little chuckle goes on a bit too long, and kinda creeps me out.

People always talk about Bush's great sense of humor. But the first rule of comedy is, don't laugh at your own jokes. He laughs even when no one else does (see debate #2--"wanna buy some wood?"). He's creepy, no doubt.
