You can, you know. The best thing about the cult is the communal, supportive attitude, and from my experience, I've seen that it does, indeed work.

Thanks, Kate. Honestly, it was your success that inspired me to try again at this. I knew I had to do something, and I know my psychology needs some form of accountability as the driver, or else I'd just keep making excuses. It's time for a real change, I think.
