Yep. Tom Fontana, guiding force behind Homicide and Oz (as well writing for St. Elsewhere, which really needs to be available on DVD) is writing a Batman graphic novel for DC.
Now let's get him to guest-write an issue of Gotham Central...

I should be reading Gotham Central. DC are being too slow in getting that book into collections (which is how I have the first storyline and how I'd like to have them all), and I ought to be reading that book.
And why the Hell ISN'T St. Elsewhere on DVD?
Let's just hope that when it does show up on DVD, the collections are handled better than another of my beloved shows, Northern Exposure (which are sloppily put together and wildly over-priced). Awww, who'm I kidding? I'd buy the St. Elsewhere either way.
