Yeah, the corruption just keeps comin'.
Never mind having Jimmy Carter monitor the vote, let's just put him back in the white house. Give him the Presidency. Seriously, Carter is the only person to hold that office in my memory -- perhaps in my lifetime -- of whom I am not in any way ashamed.
