Hold Steady

...and the weight weight weight.

After two weeks of listless moping, and generally eating what I pleased? No change at the meeting today.

Good news, I guess. But not exactly the negative reinforcement I was kinda hoping for.

I'm doing felx -- are you in the program too? Lately, I've been doing a very loose version of the program, but I'm recommitting. The job ain't done yet!

Um, Flex, actually. "Felx" sounds so dirty.

i'm doing flex, sometimes better than others.

I've been holding steady too, but i've been hiking up stairs, so i've put on some muscle.
