You have to realize, Rob, the most important task of Bush's staff is to keep him from hitting the bottle again, or from getting furious enough to hit The Button. If he's confronted by too many opinions contrary to his own, he could self-destruct. So Fox News is sort of like a sanity tonic for him.
Oh, and I doubt having former Fox correspondent Tony Snow as press secretary is going to help keep things fair and balanced.
Yeah, I think Josh Marshall put it best: It's more like an interdepartmental transfer than an actual chnage of jobs for Snow.
