Y' know, it wasn't until just an moment ago, when I say Vic's name without a space in it, all the letters in lowercase strung together in the website address, that I went dyslexic and realized it's almost "visage."
I'd always just focused on the "sage" part. Huh.
Of course, it wasn't until I typed it at some point that I realized "Torchwood" is an anagram of "Doctor Who."
Visage.
I've been reading about the Question for 20 years, and I totally missed that.
Oh.
Well, I don't feel so bad, then.
There's that, and there's also, as you said, the aspect of him being a sage victor in the literal sense. Leastwise, the Ditko version. Thanks for linking, Rob!
